Mask Monday | Pamela Bond Simply Organic Blueberry Mask

This review is about the Pamela Bond Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask.
This week’s installment of Mask Monday is another local brand!  I picked up Pamela Bond’s Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask when I met Pamela, a widely trusted Holistic aesthetician & skin fitness expert at Bluebird Apothecary…her pop up beauty apothecary located on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables (Spoiler!!! You will definitely be seeing more about Bluebird on the blog in the near future J)!
This mask has been very different from some of the recent masks I have tried!  I do love how different formulas and ingredients can target different skin concerns from deep cleansing to moisturizing.  It can be very easy to develop an incredible collection of cruelty free products & brands!

Pamela Bond's Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask is cruelty free, organic and vegan,
The Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask is a cool, creamy formula that left my skin feeling revitalized and silky smooth |.  It seems that facial masks tend to either do one or the other, as my experience has been that a mask that refreshes & revitalizes tends to leave skin feeling a bit tighter. This mask was able to achieve both that cool feeling, while leaving my skin feeling so soft!

Organic aloe vera, shea butter and mango butter, along with a blend of rich oils, give this mask a lush and velvety consistency  that was easy to work with and spread evenly.  Per the directions, it should be spread in an even layer over the face & neck and left on while I relax for 5 to 10 minutes allowing the creamy mask to work its magic!

Pamela Bond's Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask has a creamy formula.
During the time the mask was on my skin, it felt very light and refreshing.  I was pleasantly surprised by how easily my skin absorbed the silky formula without leaving it feeling too heavy or oily.  I easily rinsed it off with cool water and patted my skin dry leaving my skin feeling absolutely wonderful!

On her site it is described as smelling good enough to eat, and I must say I completed agree with that statement!  It has a wonderful fragrance that is a blend of blueberries and mango which now that I think about it, would make a delicious smoothie!
This treatment mask also contains organic blueberry fruit juice, white tea, and a blend of fruit acids to help remove dry & dead skin cells while infusing the skin with antioxidants, vitamins C & E, and beta carotene.  This delicious mask is vegan, cruelty free and contains NO parabens, sulfates, dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs or triclosans.  It’s a shame that we have to be worried about these ingredients in our lifestyle products, but knowledge is power so always read the labels!
The Pamela Bond Simply Organic Blueberry Enzyme Mask works well for all skin types EXCEPT sensitive!

“This is one of my favourites because it is a mask and enzyme in one. The gentle enzymes  leave the skin smooth & with a glow without stripping the skin of precious nutrients keeping the ecosystem in balance.  It is also full of blueberry fruit juice that boosts the skin with Vitamin C.”
