Keep reading to learn a bit more about this eye & face palette, and how I came up with a super easy and subtle summer glow makeup look 💖
Let’s start off with the packaging 🎁 This palette comes in a cute little pink zipper pouch that is super multifunctional. Just pop out the palette to use this little bag as a clutch for your next girls’ night out or even as a little makeup bag for on-the-go 👛 I so wish my initials were “BG” How awesome would that be?!?! It would be a totally personalized little purse!
Inside the clutch is the palette which consists of 8 creamy eyeshadows, a primer, and a highlighter. The Illuminate + Shine Palette is designed to brighten, blur, illuminate, smooth fine lines, and nourish the skin with their Age Embracing technology 🌺
Meant to flatter and enhance mature skin, b-glowing BEAUTY has infused their formula with a moisture rich blend of plant-based collagen, hyaluronic acid, and other beautiful ingredients. Their MicroVector Plump GABA-HYA blend helps plump, hydrate, and smooth the skin, all while being incredibly lightweight, easily blendable, and perfect for the delicate skin around the eyes.
OK…let’s get into the nitty gritty…let’s talk about the individual colors in the b-glowing BEAUTY Illuminate + Shine Palette 🎨
The brightening primer and highlighter are both cream formulas and can perform a few different functions. Aside from its obvious use as an eyeshadow base, the primer also acts as a redness concealer for fair to medium skin tones and the highlighter is more on the subtle side and can be used all over the skin for a lit from within glow. As those of us with more mature skin know, you do NOT want a highlighter with a gritty glittery texture.
The eyeshadows a perfect blend of eight shades that work together to create a ton of different looks from daytime to night time.

Now let me preface this next part with “I am not a MUA!” I am a normal girl/woman/mom/wife like most of you…With that being said, I found this palette very user friendly. Perfect for everyday, and inclusive enough that it would be great for travel as well.
