Since going vegan about three months ago, I have been constantly looking for education on the topic. I have discovered vegan restaurants in my area, vegan food suppliers at the local gardener’s market, and vegan products in my neighborhood supermarket.
I am beyond excited that a vegan lifestyle festival will by coming to South Florida in August! Keep reading to learn about the South Florida Vegan Fest!
I happened to stumble upon the South Florida Vegan Fest as I scrolled down my Facebook feed, and stopped in my tracks! What??? Hold on!!! A festival dedicated to all things vegan?!?! I’m totally going! Then I thought to myself, “I really think my readers would want to know about this! Heck, if I hadn’t of seen it on FB I would have no idea! So hence this post 👯
South Florida Vegan Fest will be taking place on August 27, 2016 from 10am to 5pm in the Tamarac Community Center located at 8601 W. Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, FL 33321.
Did I mention this was an absolutely FREE Vegan Event?!?!
When I first saw this, I thought tickets would be priced roughly around maybe $40-$50. Attendees will receive a vegan meal, free vegan product tastings and samples, exhibitors, speakers, food preparation demos, a film debut, and educational information…all for FREE thanks to the following sponsors of the event: The Pollination Project, A Well Fed World, VegFund, as well as, private donations.
