First off, I would just like to send a heartfelt thank you to the brand for sending me this lovely collection 😘 Their CEO, Kirsten is so sweet, and I am so excited for her success! I bet you thought her name would be Sylvie right?!?! I totally did too! LOL! But Love, Sylvie is really a love letter from the forest. The word Sylvie translates to from the forest in French 🌳 Is that not the most beautiful thing ever? 💚
You will definitely be seeing more on the blog about Love, Sylvie in 2019. To start things off though, I really wanted to share my recent experiences with the different scents found in their Winter Artisanal Perfume Collection ❄🎄🍊
So far, I have only been playing with these scents individually but they can absolutely be layered to create unique experiences ✨ The Winter Collection is comprised of three unique holiday fragrances, Adair, Noe, and Yule. I love everything about this collection! What I especially love is that each scent has a story behind it that awakens different emotions 💖
Adair is described as a deep, sensual fragrance…
“With top notes of winter berries, plus hints of night blooming jasmine…laid on a luscious accord of velvety amber and white patchouli…Adair evokes the mystery of a dark winter night.”
My experience is that this is definitely a sensual, floral scent 🌸 It goes on very fresh, but evolves into sweeter, deeper notes. I feel like it also softens up quite a bit in its “scentual” evolution.
Noe is described as a sexy, spicy scent…
“Vanilla accord with hints of Mediterranean blood orange to draw you in and open your imagination. Perfectly paired with mull cider in front of the fireplace…captures the warmth and richness of winter.”
This is my favorite scent in the collection 💖 It is so sexy and sensual! It’s description fits it perfectly! It’s the first I tried in the set, so needless to say I was hooked and excited to try the others. Like this is what you want to smell like on a cold night, while you’re getting cozy, frisky (or both) under the sheets 😉
Yule is described as a crispy, fresh scent…
“Herbaceous scent which captures the feeling of walking through fresh snow in a pine forest. With hints of pine and fresh citrus contrasted against warm frankincense…sure to evoke the freshness of winter air.”
This is a Christmas tree in a bottle 🎄 in a very good way! The temps in South Florida are chilly today, not anywhere near real winter but lows in the 50s is cause for celebration LOL…Time to pull out the sweaters, boots, and this scent!
