One of my favorite things to do as a blogger is discover new products! Sometimes I even forget about products I have and when I “destash” my collection I feel like a kid in a candy store 🍬 It is almost like I am discovering the products all over again. My discovery of new products has been a four-pronged approach…LOL! Keep reading!!! 💻
- Subscription Boxes: I currently receive the Petit Vour Beauty Box on a monthly basis and Vegan Cuts’ Makeup Box on a seasonal basis. I love both of these, especially Petit Vour, since I can earn PV points based on any reviews I leave on their beauty box products and any purchases I make on the site.
- Brand Collaborations: As a blogger, one of the perks is complimentary products from brands in exchange for my honest and unbiased product review/experience.
- Beauty Swaps: On FB, I am the member of a very cool group called the Bunny Lifestyle Sell & Swap. I have probably bought more than swapped but I have been able to try so many different brands and products this way! Some of what you will see in this post I have acquired this.
- Self Purchases: Sometimes there is just something I really need to have and, in that case, I just need to fork over the dough 💸
in full swing, I wanted to share some of the vegan skincare products that I have in my repertoire. I broke them down into different categories with a few products in each (It was hard to narrow it down to only one product per category).
Keep reading to learn all about the different vegan facial cleansers I have been loving!
Vegan Facial Cleansers
Pacifica Sea Foam Complete Face Wash
: The first time I tried this face wash was in a deluxe sample size I believe I picked up in the FB swap group. I fell in love with this face wash in just one sample, and have re-purchased several times. I also recommended it to one of my besties and now she is hooked too 😉 It smells amazing and makes me skin feel so light and refreshed, plus it removes makeup incredibly easy! Some of its key ingredients are coconut water, papaya extract, and sea algae extract.
Osea Ocean Cleanser: This cleanser is a recent discovery for me thanks to Petit Vour 💟 It’s key ingredients are organic red algae extract and jojoba seed oil. The red algae extract really helps hydrate dry, dull skin, while the jojoba seed oil really helps soften and provide suppleness. I am all about products that help with a flat, dull complexion and this cleanser is just lovely. I haven’t tried many of Osea’s products but so far, I am really loving all that this brand has to offer!
Pacifica Cactus Water Micellar Cleansing Tonic
: Pacifica actually has three different micellar options: cactus, coconut, and kale. I opted for the cactus because it is meant to hydrate without overdrying and since I have dry skin well that was an obvious choice. I picked up the kale one for my daughter since it is especially good for oily and blemish prone skin. Their coconut micellar water is a bit more universal, but really good for sensitive skin. Great toners overall! In the morning I don’t use a cleanser so I just reach for this and follow with my skincare routine.
Luxe de Mer Gentle Face Cleanser
: I have been enjoying this cleanser for quite a while now. I was sent this product in a Petit Vour
box and loved it so much I highlighted it in a post
on what to pack for a weekend getaway! It is so incredibly soothing and gentle. It helped to get all the gunk off my face after a day in the sun and really helped hydrate as well. Per the instructions it says that it goes on with a cotton ball and them rinsed off with cool water, but honestly, I really enjoyed this almost as a toner! Either way, it is a win-win!
Acure Brightening Facial Scrub
: I learned about this brand from another blogger and actually won a giveaway she was running on her blog! It’s like the perfect facial scrub in my opinion. There is the perfect amount of grit to not be too harsh on the skin and it’s ingredients are right up my alley! With key ingredients such as argan extract, chlorella (blue green algae), organic sea kelp, lemon peel, French green clay, and madonna lily stem cells, it feels so refreshing and really helps slough off all the dead skin cells that makes my skin look dull and flat.
