Background on Fluidity
What sets Fluidity apart from other barre workouts where the barre is mounted on the wall, is that the unit can be adjusted to individual height for ideal body alignment. The studio classes are available now in Gainesville- at Gainesville Health & Fitness Center. In the fall, they will be available at the David Barton Gym in Miami.
