Blow Dry Bars have hit the scene here in South Florida and there are no signs of slowing down. Everywhere from Fort Lauderdale to Midtown, blow dry bars are popping up all over the place! Lucky me was invited to the grand opening of JustAir’s second location in Weston. Co-owners, Nicole Carner & Brooke Gettler, opened their first location in Fort Lauderdale in 2012 and continued success led to location #2! Let me tell you about what JustAir is if you have not had the pleasure! Just Air is a blow dry only salon. Do not come in requesting a trim or any type of color treatment as they will say no with a smile! What you do get is an amazing hair washing experience, scalp massage included, and an amazing blow out that even the likes of Blake Lively would envy!

My initial thoughts as I walked the Think Magazine red carpet into the new JustAir location were really about how beautiful the space was! I thought the color scheme and decor were absolutely perfect ❤ With white, gray, & pops of sage green throughout I was impressed by the opulence, yet simplicity of it all.
JustAir also provides packages and memberships for their services…Addicted to blow out??? Their VIP Yearly Membership is perfect for the blow out enthusiast ❤
All the way in the back of the space are the hair washing stations. The space is actually divided by a curtain of lovely, opalescent beads to really turn a regular hair washing into more like a magical experience.
From there the room is divided by a set of glass and steel towers meant for what I can only assume are the display of products sold in-house. That night, they were being used for the drinks and light bites provided by D’Angelo Pizza-Wine Bar-Tapas Restaurant. There were products from brands like Moroccan Oil & Keratin Complex Style Therapy displayed along one of the walls where the stylists usually work their magic!
Croc Greenion Blow Dryers were strategically hung from the ceiling signaling where each of the different stylist stations are located. These dryers are the cream of the crop…They provide a greenwave frequency ionization effect, have an on board ionizer, and are Eco-friendly! Greenion incorporates the use of hemp powder, a renewable and sustainable resource~~*
A definite highlight of the evening was the debonair gentleman coming around and topping off our champagne! Chris was a personal favorite, but they were all very nice;) Chris was even willing to pose for a few pictures and have some fun with the props!
As the evening drew to a close everyone was getting in on the fun!
That’s me with the orange stache! Unfortunately there were no blow outs going on that evening so my hair was pulled back in a bun…LOL!
Me & my pal Susie getting in on the prop fun! We will definitely be coming back to JustAir with our daughters! We were luck enough to receive certificates for a free blow out for them when we come in for one for ourselves! I don’t know about you, but I can’t say no to a free blow out!!!
